From the very beginning of my wife’s pregnancy, Madam and Sir explained everything to us very clearly, helping us understand how to take proper care for the full nine months. The treatment and medicines were given in a very systematic manner. When we got admitted and my wife started experiencing pain, the nurses took excellent care of her — giving massages and providing all necessary support. After the operation, they gave us complete attention, visiting us regularly and explaining everything in detail. The nurses also monitored all medical aspects on time and worked very efficiently. we didn’t have any elderly women with us, from the very first day, the staff supported us immensely — helping with the baby’s care, assisting with feeding, wrapping the baby properly, and even coming at night to check on the baby. Whenever the baby cried, they would immediately attend to her. The entire staff is highly supportive and well-trained. Special thanks to Dr. Sumit Sir and Dr. Swapnanjali Madam, who were always attentive, caring, and willing to address all our questions with patience. Their dedication and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Overall, we are truly happy and deeply grateful for their wonderful care and support.
